The 2020 Sports Environment Alliance Summit features four weekly sessions throughout November. Session 3: How do we play for our planet? features Anthony James as host, with panellists Rachel Parnaby from the West Coast Eagles Football Club, James Parkinson from Auckland Stadiums, and Joanna Rule from Wellington Shire Council.

Following on from the success of the #SEASummit 2019, the Sports Environment Alliance (SEA) is hosting the 4th annual #SEASummit in 2020. This year, the #SEASummit is going virtual.

Session 1: What does it take to Future Proof {sport}? (5th November, 5:00pm - 6:00pm AEDT)

Session 2: How to be a planet champion: a workshop (12th November, 10:30am - 12:00pm AEDT)

Session 3: How do we play for our planet? (19th November, 5:00pm - 6:00pm AEDT)

Session 4: How to be {sport & planet} resilient: a workshop (26th November, 10:30am - 12:00pm AEDT)

The #SEASummit 2020 will aim to raise awareness of how the sporting industry can limit its impact on the environment and how the changes in our environment are affecting the places and spaces where we play.

We will not only focus on sport within Australasia, but also on the international sporting industry, with a heavy emphasis on how a collective and collaborative approach can lead to change.
